UMAREX LEGENDS CUSTOM .45 REVOLVER
The Single Action Revolver is one of the most famous revolvers worldwide. The revolvers were produced from 1873 to 1941 – the serial production ended with the serial number 357.859 but was resumed starting from 1956. Especially in films about the Wild West, single action revolvers are always to be found. Our Airsoft replica of Legends is the 3.5 inch version. Thanks to high-precision production, the Airsoft model is equipped with all the details and therefore also very interesting for collectors. The Antique Finished version comes in vintage design or used look with very beautiful aging and lubrication (see photos).
Similar to the original, the Legends revolver is made entirely of metal and thus weighs more than 850 g. Only the two handle shells are made of solid composite plastic. As with the Dan Wesson Revolvers, the Legends Custom .45 is equipped with a realistic sleeve system. The CO2 shooting system responsible for the drive is responsible for the strong shot power of up to 1.5 joules. The required 12 g CO2 capsule is stowed in the handle. An ingenious feature is the tool key inserted in the handle for tightening the inserted 12g CO2 capsule. In contrast to other airsoft revolvers, the key can therefore no longer be lost in this turret.
The loading and shooting of the revolver has been reproduced especially authentic. 6 brass sleeves are supplied, each with a 6 mm BB round ball. Then the loaded sleeves are simply pushed as “real” cartridges laterally into the drum and then the side cover is closed again. Genuine to be loaded the revolver drum must be tensioned or twisted to half load. After the shooting, the sleeves can be pressed out using the ejector rod as in the original revolvers. The sleeves are always usable again.
Interesting in the Custom .45 Revolver is the so-called Fanning-Hammer. Through this hammer, the “fanning” casting technique can be applied to this turret. Just hold the trigger as in the Wild West films and press the hammer with the other hand. The shot is then triggered immediately. “Fanning” professionals can deliver very fast shot sequences.
