The CM16 LMG rifle replica by G&G was made as part of the Combat Machine project , the aim of which is to deliver high-quality replicas at a price that can be considered economical. Combat Machine replicas are characterized by the highest quality of workmanship, characteristic for the G&G company, and work culture as well as high quality of the materials used. The main factor that allows for lowering the price is the use of a body made of high-quality glass-fiber reinforced plastic instead of metal.
The body, pistol grip, stock or RIS front in the M-LOK assembly system are made of plastic. The outer barrel, muzzle device, guide and smaller elements are made of metal.
The replica is perfect for medium-range support operations, due to the muzzle velocity of ~ 410 FPS. The used top RIS rail allows for the attachment of any optical sight device, while the telescopic stock, housing the battery, allows the replica to be adapted to the individual preferences of the user. The set includes a handguard with a bipod. The compact dimensions of the replica will surely appeal to CQB players.
In addition to the high-quality parts typical for G&G, GB has an innovative ETU (Electronic Trigger Unit) system installed. The circuit completes the role of the MOSFET system. Thanks to the electronic operation of the trigger, the system has gained an excellent response to the trigger. Each time the trigger is pressed, the full GB work cycle is performed.
The ETU system has the ability to program fire modes. The user has basic access to the SAFE – SEMI – modes and a choice of FULL AUTO or a 3-shot series. Programming is very easy – just set the selector to SEMI and hold the trigger for 10 seconds. After this treatment, the selected mode will be activated on the third setting of the selector.
The set includes an electric box magazine with 2500 BBs, covered with a Cordura case in Multicam Black camouflage. It is powered by 2 AA batteries.
